Its a bit of a long story but here goes:
We have DLP setup in our environment. Users have windows 7 with IE8 or IE9 with the dlp agent installed. Amoungst other stuff, we were monitoring our web applications. A specific app allows for users to upload or download pdf's/tiffs. This website was excluded from DLP due to the paging between the lists of documents slowing down drastically. There are two ways to login to the app, one is a direct link and the other is our 'single-sign-on' site.
Problem is that if a user who has the DLP agent access this app via IE9 they experience a performance issue but through IE8 and IE10 it works fine. This is even though the application address isnt being scanned by DLP.
A user without the DLP agent can work fine with any version of IE.
Any ideas? Does DLP support any version of IE?
