I work for Herefordshire Council and we had PGP Desktop Professional version 9.6.3 for our DWP transmissions. Unfortunatley we have misplaced the installation media and now in the replacement cycle for the PC's it is installed on. www.pgp.com which is in all the notes now points to Symantec so assume PGP is now a Symantec product. The DWP have said they will provide the license key again but do not have the media and only option is to contact other authorities (with most being in the same position) or contact the software supplier ... which now seems to be Symatntec.
I know this version is wayout of date and could do with an upgrade, but we need to start with getting the software onto the replacement PC first and then upgrade.
Would Symantec be able to assist in this situation please ?
