Symantec Control Compliance Suite Virtualization Security Manager - Second Factor Authentication (RSA SecurID)

Hi all,

I will like to check how do I clear my node secret (RSA SecurID, second-factor authentication) on the Symantec Control Compliance Suite Virtualization Security Manager?

I am able to clear the node secret on the RSA SecurID side, but i am not able to find this option on the Symantec Control Compliance Suite Virtualization Security Manager.

I have tried re-loaded the sdconf but the error message from the RSA SecurID said "Node secret mismatch: cleared on server but not on agent"

I also tried to uncheck and re-check the box to enable the RSA SecurID but to no avail.

Anyone able to help?
