Hello all , I am facing a strange problem and need your help with it. Following is my current setup. It is a three tier installation (DLP 12.0.1)
- Enforce Server on RHEL
- 5 Detection Servers on RHEL
- Oracle on on Linux
Recently I decided to add one more detection server. I did the installation fine on a new server (DLP 12.0). So then I went on to upgrade this newly added detection server to 12.0.1 . I download the upgrader jar file 12.0 then I uploaded it on the Enforce via going into Servers > Upgrade Server . It took about 45 minutes then file was being uploaded on the enforce but then Suddently it logged me out of the Enforce web console.
When I again tried to logged in with any of my User accounts it didn't , instead the browser keeps on loading while I typed in the username and password. I tried all of my user accounts but the same problem. Infact I created a new user but even with that it didnt log in the browsers keeps on loading.
I can only login in Enforce with the Administrator account. Other user accounts are not working even if I create a new account it has the same problem.
Could you please tell me what is wrong ? Thanks & Regards
