SMSDOM - Premium AntiSPAM and 530 Authentication Required

I am enabling Premium AntiSPAM in Symantec Mail Secrity for Domino for the first time.   Once it is enabled all SMTP emails routed to this mail sytem are refused with 530 - authentication required.  I have tried to determine what could be causing this issue and have been unsuccessful.  I need the server to accept all incoming SMTP messages and not require authentication.  Both anonymous and authentication are enabled in Domino for SMTP.  SMSDOM - AntiSPAM has blank for connecting hosts to "allow all".

Any suggestions?
