I have full disk encryption enabled on my laptop computer. our IT team was making some updates to my machine after I logged in and their changes resulted in me not being able to log in to windows. Disk encryption works fine and I can still enter my passphrase and get to the windows prompt. However, IT has some software that can fix the windows issue but they need the computer to boot from their disk (however, the disk is encrypted, PGP disk encryption runs when I enter my passphrase and then jumps straight to windows login). So I was wondering if it is possible to run the disk decryption and then turn off disk encryption without requiring to login in to windows to run PGP desktop. Any info is appreciated.
