Symantec PGP Dekstop encryption-Email Error Key not found

Oui, j'ai besoin d'une solution

Hi,

I am setting up a PoC for an enterprise on Symantec PGP encryption with full disk, email and file/folder.

my demo setup having the following

1. Active directory 2008R2

2. User1 and User2 in active directory

3. Desktops with windows 7 for each user

4. Email Server with HMail Server for testing email

5. Symantec Encryption Server 3.3.2.15413

Encryption Server installed and licenced with demo 30 days lic.

Installation and configurations done as per install/admin documentation

Hard disk encryption and file/folder encryptions are working perfectly fine integrated with active directory.

user1 and user2 configured email client using Thunderbird client software. Emails are flowing normally.

Both the users have keys generated during installation of Desktop software downloaded from Encryption Server.

User's status is showing all fine on Encryption Server.

When users trying to send email with encryption the following error is showing by Symantec

key-not-found-error.png

 

I can provide any more details if required to solve this issue.
