We have a unread mark case about some email was changed to unread when users already change the mail to read, the case sent to IBM followup. They replied that this is Symantec Endpoint protection issue, "ExtMgr_Addins=NLNVP.DLL" parameter auto added in notes.ini. I tried remove this parameter and disabled our virus protector software, the unread mark issue was fixed.
After reboot users's computer, "ExtMgr_Addins=NLNVP.DLL" parameter will added in "notes.ini" automatically and make the unread mark case occur again, have you any similar problems encountered?
