Clients does't have Internet Access

HI all

I have configured my SWG Virtual Appliance and trying to test it, when i redirected clients to the SWG through the proxy settings in their browser , they don't have any internet access . I have't configuered any policies , i am just testing if they could access the internet through SWG.
