Calling Norton antivirus scan via JavaScript / HTML or PHP Code API from a Website

I need to call Norton AV when visitor vists my home page. I am thinking of implementing the same by implementig Norton Anti-Virus API by inserting a JavaScript / HTML / PHP Code in my site code.
