I have heard from three separate clients today about "pop-ups" from Symantec informing them that they have to fix a problem.
I did not receive any email alert for these notices.
Nor did any of this activity appear on the Partner Management Console.
In fact, the ONLY place these incidents appeared was on the Unresolved Risks page - under each client, under the specific computer that was affected.
Hey, Symantec: if this is an issue that I, as an MSP, should be proactively looking out for on behalf of my clients, DO NOT HIDE IT!
