Communicate with SEPM through port 80 ?

Just migrated SEPM server from Win2003 to Win2008R2 and found those server communicated with port 80 failure to connected with SEPM.

I found there is a IIS service in OLD server.

Is possible to add it to Win2008R2 SEPM server ? Or have to change the communication port to 8014 ?
