Oui, j'ai besoin d'une solution

Following my reccomendation I've been asked to test then roll out the SEP Outlook auto protect feature that we previously had enabled. I created a new client from and made a non-shared policy where the plugin was enabled, I moved a dozen clients there (including my own) and updated my policy.
The policy serial numbers now match and I've waited 12 hours, restarted my computer twice and just nothing. I can't see the plugin on the Outlook plugin page and I can also email about Eicar test files to my heart's content.
Has anyone got any advice why the plugin isn't being enabled?
