Oui, j'ai besoin d'une solution
We have a client with 25 or so seats that we installed SEP and manage it locally on one of their servers but we find that the application server is taking a performance hit due to SEP doing its job. We would like to move them to the Cloud AV but they are only 9 months into a 3 year subscription with SEP. How do I arrange a credit for the client to make the transition worth while. The client purchased the SEP subscription directly with my suggestion as I was not performing as a Symantec reseller at that time. Any input would be appreciated.
