We are running Symantec DLP Network Monitor, Network Prevent for email, and Web 12.5 XPLAT. In the documentation it says IM protocol is supported. We have Avaya's IP phones with one-X communicator program on end users computers. My question is how do I set up the DLP to scan Instant Messages?
