Good day,
We are evaluating PGP desktop Email encryption to comply with clients security requirements. Our usage is commonly encrypting files/folders containing personal data (hence the requirement for encryption) and send this encrypted data in an email.
What should be the default procedure:
- Use Outlook Sign and Encrypt buttons then create new emails as usual with attachments
- Create PGP Zip Archive, send them via email (Sign and Encrypt via Outlook buttons on top of that?)
I am not sure what is the most secure method, but using Outlook buttons seems far easier.
