SEP Manager locked out of Admin Account

Oui, j'ai besoin d'une solution

Hello, My SEP Manager Admin acct is locked.

At server, opened SEP Manager, used default Admin and password, and received locked out message.

Server is Microsoft Server 2008 R2 (64) SP-1 Standard

Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) Server 12.1.4100.4126

This is a single server domain controller without email, so “Forgot your password” with email is not an option.  Check AD U&C I do not see an “Admin” for Symantec SEP Manager

How do I get to the Admin acct to unlock and change password?  Or how do I add an account to use?
