SEPM GUP monitoring Tool or Dashboard

Hello all , Due to a requirement is there any tool or dashboard that I can use that will give the visibility and working status of all of my GUPS in my SEP envoirmenet like whether the GUPs are taking definations from SEPM's or not , whether GUP's are downloading content definations from SEPM's or not GUP's health status etc etc.

The version of SEPM is 12.1.4 and GUP's are running in a mixutre of 12.1.3 and 12.1.4

I have heard about SEP Content Distribution Monitor but want to confirm that does Symantec officially supports this ? secondly is it compatible/ will work with SEPM 12.1.4 ?
