Data Center Security server advance integrate with LDAP authentication

Hi all.

I have two questions about Symantec Data Center Security server advanced.

1.Data Center Security server advance console login can integrate with Microsoft Active Directory for username and password authentication.

But we want to  integrate with LDAP for username and password authentication.Can it?

2.Can I create a role can edit the policy but it can not apply the policy?
