mail security for microsoft exchange 2007 : scan failed on local mailbox event id 394

Hi

I have a problem when i want to scan a mailbox with mail security for microsoft exchange. My product version is 7.0.3 and my exchange version is 2007.

i read the below article but it is not helpfull because my mailbox is local not remote and my version is 7.0.3.
