Is communication between Control Center and Scanners in real-time?

Hello comunity.

I need to appologise about subject, I know, that there is real-time communication between components of Messaging Gateway. Iam using and configuring it every day, but I need a proof in form of a document or at least symantec employe validation. We are participating a public tender and (potential) customer want real-time sharing data between components (logs about passed emails, real-time application of changes). Thats ok, we can do it, but I need a proof for evaluation.

Is there anything like this? Can symantec employ confirm?
