Oui, j'ai besoin d'une solution

I'm exporting several policies and am getting an error on one firewall policy: "Failed to export the policy. Error: The object cannot be found. [0x1601000]"
The .dat file will actually be created and I can import it into another SEPM but it only includes the top rule.
I've deleted any duplicate named rules in the policy but still get the error.
In addition to the normal method for exporting a policy, I've tried going into the Rules tab and selecting all the rules then right-clicking and selecting Export but I get the same error.
