Remove Old Server from Health Status Report

We're running SEP SBE 12.1.5.  We migrated the database to a new server with a new IP address.  We then depricated our original SEP SBE Management Server and removed it from our network.

How do I get the Server Health Status Reports to remove the old server from the Server Information part of the report?
