Executing SEE file encryption from within PowerShell

Oui, j'ai besoin d'une solution

I have a group of files, say a.txt  b.txt  c.txt, that I'd like to encrypt individually using SEE and end up with encrypted files a.exe  b.exe  c.exe. Each of these files would be encrypted using the same password. Is there a command reference someplace I can refer to in order to execute SEE as a command line within PowerShell that would contain an input filename, output filename, and password? Basically what I want to do is execute SEE in batch on a list of filenames and end up with encrypted files of the same name, but with the .exe extension, and all encrypted with the same password. If this question has been asked before, please point me to the relevant thread. Thanks for any help.
