Hello all , we are rolling out SEP 12.1.5 agents on windows machines and we have been reported that the KMS activation process is somewhow getting blocked or interupted on these SEP protected machines , meaning that these machines are not activating their windows key automatically when they come on the network and somewhow the certificate is not being installed from the KMS server to these SEP protected machines
Secondly the performance slowness complain has also been reported from the user on these SEP 12.1.5 protected machines. How can we adress this issue ? Is there any specific configuration that needs to be changed to offer best performance to users?
