My SEPM will not update by clicking on Live Update. It also fails to update using the .jdb file copy process. The only way i can get my SEPM to update definitions is by opening a command prompt and executing luall.exe manually. Has anyone else encounterd this issue?
I am running Version 12.1.5 (12. RU5) build 5337 on a Windows 2008 Standard R2 server.
I have plenty of disk space available and memory.
Any suggestions are very appreciated. I have a severity 2 support case opne but my call that was scheduled for 9:00 A.M. has yet to arive 2 and half hours later.
