HI all,
One of our users has not been getting virus defintions updates since 5/1/2015.
We run 12.1.5. All client are created from our SEPM
For this particular user we use an unmanaged client as their office is not on our network, so it is using Symantec's servers to update the definitions.
We have tried the following;
- Uninstall and re-install SEP client.
- Cleaned out defintions in Safe Mode as per http://www.symantec.com/docs/HOWTO59193
- It isn't a disk space issue
Any other ideas?
