after upgrade to SEP 12.1 ru5, client user can't logon to windows

hi everyone,

Good day

im experiencing issue here after upgrade to latest version from sep 12.1 ru to sep 12.1 ru5 with full protection, after upgrade to SEP 12.1 ru5, client user can't logon to windows. but we can access on safemode.

client are;

windows professional 64bit sp1

lenovo L440 laptop.

anyone now why this happen?and what are the possible solution.

 we ended uninstall SEP and customize package without NTP.
