Oui, j'ai besoin d'une solution
I am unable to update my definitions. Our office is using Endpoint Protection 11.x. Previously, I was completely unable to update the definitions using my roaming profile. A workaround was to create a local user profile, which worked for a couple of months or so. Beginning the first week of January, I noticed I am no longer (again) able to update my definitions. Our IT is unable to confirm why this is so.
I have read on the forums that there are no definitions being pushed for 11.x and that an upgrade to 12.x is the solution. While IT gets to that, I figured I can use the Intelligent Updater.
It does not work either.
Can someone enlighten me on how I can update my definitions while waiting for the upgrade? Thanks.
