SEP 12.1 vs. Oce` Printer Accounting

We are running locally SEP 12.1 on our Win7 systems and also run an Oce` Colorwave 650 printer (network) and the Oce` Accounting package for job tracking and billing.

I have over 30 systems that have it installed and 3 of them will not allow the accounting interface to work when submitting prints to the Oce`. The software (Oce` accounting) will work if i disable the SEP 12.1 on the system. I did have to go into ALL systems and disable the Insight portion of SEP to allow the Oce` software to work at all. But, for some reason the 3 systems do NOT allow the prints to be billed into the accounting portion by any means or manner. Other than to disable it all together.

Any thoughts?
