Opened case 5-days ago No Tech Support Response on mysymantec website

Oui, j'ai besoin d'une solution

What is going on with Endpoint Protection support?  I couldn't get support on mysymantec support website.  I opened a case 5-days ago on January 28, 2015 and got no response.  Now chat support agent said I couldn't get support for 3 days.  I have two cases open and nned help.  One case is regarding suspicious files in public folder and another is regarding threat protection updates not updating and is currently at DEC 10, 2014 and it is now Feb 02, 2015.  I have been a symantec customer since 1996.  How can Symantec not respond?  What's going on?
