Oui, j'ai besoin d'une solution
So we're currently running Endpoint Protection 11.
Today we were scheduled to upgrade to 12.1.
I log into the server and for some reason all of our accounts are failing to authenticate so no one can log into the Endpoint Protection Manager.
I've read forum posts on here about resetting the default admin password using a resetpassword.bat but everywhere I've read, it says that it is located in 'C:\program files (x86)\symantec\symantec endpoint protection\tools\'
I have looked and I don't have a tools folder. Is this reset password batch file a standard feature or do I have to download it from somewhere?
