DLP Health monitoring question

Hi,

If I need to monitor a Symantec DLP what documentations and other materials do I need to check for me to do it correctly and effectively?  I'm new to DLP and it was already setup and running in the production, but now I was assigned to monitor the health of it and ensure that it's 99.99% up. Any recommendation?
