I have two servers that are running an older version of SEP. In the properties for each it shows the following:
Group Update Provider: Flase
Deployment status: The client decided to accept the upgrade package
Deployment message: Client has accepted upgrade package, version 12.1.4112.4156
Deployment target version: 12.1.4112.4156
There are other servers in the same client group as these two which successfully upgraded awhile ago and some say True for group update provide while some say false. I believe a system reboot was performed to see if that would fix the issue and the server would upgrade to the newer version but that did not happen. What causes this to happen, how do I get the server to run the newer version of SEP, and why do some servers say flase for Group update provide while others say true?
