In Symantec Endpoint Encryption Manager, Users Names Don't Appear

I'm using SEEM Server. In the Manager under "Symantec Endpoint Encryption Manager Users and Computers", then under

"Active Directory Computers". I see the computer names under "Computers", but don't see any user names under "Users"

Are user names suppose to show, or only computer names?
