VIP Access Error Code 0x10

Received error after install of VIP Access 2.2

Already attempted uninstall/reinstall.

Here is the log:

STORE  :ERROR:03/09/2015 15:10:33 VIPUIManager.exe[2948] [         .\VSAuthCode.cpp][ 189] GetAuthenticationCode::No response recieved for AuthenticatonCode from IDCenter

Any suggestions?
