SEP 12.1.4 Auto Upgrade issue

Hi,

I am testing the upgrade the SEP clients in our company enviromnet. I attached the new install packages. I was suprised that some of the clients didn't upgraded. When I checked here is what I get for the deployment status:

Deployment status: The client has successfully downloaded and verified the upgrade package

Deployment message: Client has successfully downloaded and verfied the upgrade package, type full version 12.1.4112.4156 filesize 130367MB.

Deployment target version: 12.1.4112.4156

Deployment running version: 12.1.2015.2015

Could anyone tell me what the means?
