I have a couple of questions regarding the use of the Encryption Desktop product. I am working with a client that uses the Encryption Desktop v10.3.0 MP3 on Windows 2008R2/XenApp 7.6. The client is encountering random BSOD's that appear to be caused by PGPfsfd.sys based on debugging of the memory dumps. My client is not using Whole Disk Encryption. They are only using File Share Encryption. The questions that I have are as follows:
Is there a NIC requirement for the software when running on VMware ESXi 5.5? I read one of your tech articles that references the use of the E1000 or Flexible Network adapters as the vmxnet3 adapter is not supported.
If the client changes the NIC after the Encryption Software has been installed, is a reinstallation required?
