Going from Kaspersky to SEP

We are merging with another company in two weeks.  They use Kaspersky AV on their clients.  We want to move them to SEP 12.1.5.  What are the best practices, considerations, pitfalls, etc. when doing this?  

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
