Secure Connection Failed accessing console

I'm trying to access the console for SPE for Cloud 7.5 via https://<servername>:8005/ and can't connect.  For <servername> I've tried localhost, 127.0.0.1, the actual server name, and they all result in an error screen.

In Firefox the error is: Secure Connection Failed.  The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading

and Firebug shows the status as "Aborted".

If I try http on port 8004 I get a blank screen with the source for the page showing 6 bytes: NAK, ETX, ETX, NUL, STX, STX

Tried restarting the service, tried restarting the server, nothing has helped so far.

Any ideas?
