Oui, j'ai besoin d'une solution
Hello everyone,
We have recently encountered cases where logs of false positive detections, which are successfully whitelisted, still retain their old logs where they were detected as malicious software, and this pops up in both the Virus & Risks activity Summary and Quick Reports [Risk: Report type]. As these files have been deemed to be clean by symantec after whitelisting, they should not appear on the both Risks summary and Risks reports. Is there a manual way to remove these outdated log entries ?
