SEP 12 Clients Not Connecting To SEPM Server

I'm running a single server running Windows Server 2012 with Hyper-V.  On that server I have a virtual server that is also running Windows Server 2012.  That virtual server is a domain controller along with dns and dhcp.  I'm trying to install Symantec Endpoint Protection on my clients but the clients wont connect or communicate to my server.  It seems as though something is blocking port 8014.  However, I have disabled UAC and Windows Firewall on all machines.  The network traffic is all on one lan in one subnet so the firewall should not be effecting this.  Just in case, I added a rule to open all traffic on port 8014.  I'm coming to my wits end on what else to try.  Any suggestions would be very welcomed.  I've googled this thing to death and tried several solutions already with no luck.  Thanks in advance for any help.
