Failure to manually update Sonar and IPS

Oui, j'ai besoin d'une solution

Using Endpoint Protection version 12.1.671.4971 as a stand alone PC in this case as a Client without internet access I'm not able to manually update the Sonar and the IPS but able to update the File Based Protection.  All are able to be updated with the Live Update.  I get the "update failed message".

I tried the "Download .jdb files to update definitions for managed Endpoint Protection clients"http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH104363 and didn't resolve issue.  Any help would be great.
