Can't Detect .dwg file and .rtf file

Hi Guys!

Good Day!! i have an inquiry regarding my issue of detecting .dwg file and .rtf file in DLP endpoint prevent. when im trying to attached file in webmails (GMAIL,YAHOO MAIL....etc) endpoint didn't detect that the file is confidential but if i transfer the files in network shares or in usb flash drive endpoint prevent blocked it. if i try to attach word document, excel,notepad or pdf in webmails endpoint block the action.
