Can't decrypt .pst files encrypted with Symantec Endpoint Encryption Client

Oui, j'ai besoin d'une solution

I burned several .pst files to a DVD and symantec encrypted each file. Now when I try to add the files back, they appear as .xml files and Symantex does not automatically decrypt the files. Outlook does not recognize them becaue they have all been converted to .XML files. I attempted to recover them through excel using the "Get External Data" options from XML Data import, but I receive an error stating "Invalid file reference. The path to the file is invalid, or one or more of the referenced schemas could not be found."

When I open one of the files with word pad, the header reads "<?xml version+"1.0" encoding="UTF-16"?><!--GETRSFileHeaderSize=0x000009D6--><GETEncryptedDataFileversion="x.x.x">, etc.

Its obviously an encrypted file, so why won't Symantec open it so that I can input my password to decrypt it? By the way, I have Symantec Endpoint Encryption version 8.2.1.
