Sub groups install packages

Here's a folder structure in SEPM...

• My Company
  • Site 1 (SEPM group)​
    • Computers (SEPM group) - has install packages
      • Desktops (AD group)
    • Laptops (SEPM group)
  • Site 2 (SEPM group)

Will the install packages from the Computers SEPM group install on the Desktops Active Directory group underneath it? Or will I need to add install packages directly to the Desktops Active Directory group?

Will the install packages install to any PC in the AD group or do I need to specify?
