LDAP Plugin Save Button Not Responding

Hi all,

I'm trying to configure an LDAP plugin within a 12.5.2 environment running on Server 2012 but when I try to save it the save button is unresponsive. No error (or success) bar is displayed at the top as expected, its as if there is no action behind the button.

Has anyone else expirienced this on 12.5.2 and if so have they come across a fix?
