Oui, j'ai besoin d'une solution
Because of some VM issues, our SEP11 server was temporary turned off. So some clients (Windows Server 2003/2008) lost their connection while they were currently updateing their signature files.
Now their status in the SEP management console is "green", but they are not receiving any signature updates.
I already:
- rebooted the server/client
- repair/re-install LiveUpdate on the client
- repair/re-install SEP-Client
- stop/start SEP services/processes
- removed corrupt virus definition files on the client and updated the signatures manually. The clients now hang with this manually updated signatures.
Any ideas?
