using clean_agent in a deployment

Hello, I recently upgraded my DLP agents from version 11 to version 12.5 and some of my 10,000 agents did not cooperate. I have the clean_agent but using it on close to 400 machines manually is too time consuming.

Has anyone scripted the clean_agent tool to use with third party software to deploy and run the tool. Our current script guy is having trouble as the tool requires a user to input the letter "Y" for yes to run the tool.
