Oui, j'ai besoin d'une solution

I am running SDCS-SA on Windows server 2012 on VMWare (guest machine) and i'm trying to install an agent on the host machine (windows 8) but I cant find the correct host name or IP address for the "Primary Management Server" when installing the agent.
If anyone can help or guide me how to solve this problem.
